The Green Economy is associated with the coverage of goods and services produced in order to protect the environment and save resources. At the same time, the Circular Economy aims to maintain and use goods and resources at their highest value for as long as possible, through recovery, reuse, reconstruction, and recycling. The global shift to employment in these innovative sectors presupposes additional aspects in the development of skills that will empower employees by providing them with the necessary skills needed by the modern labor market and improving their employability.

In this context, the GREENLAND project will develop training programs, oriented to the specialized needs of the Green and Circular Economy. In addition, it will offer 30 paid internships in companies and organizations active in these fields.
