Short Tender with deadline for submitting bids at Friday the 14th of February 2020 at 16:00 p.m., for selection of contractor for «Supply of equipment under the European Project “DIONE: An integrated EO-based toolbox for modernizing CAP area-based compliance checks and assessing respective environmental impact”», incorporated into the European Program «HORIZON 2020», with the award criterion of the most economically advantageous tender at a price.
The total expenditure budget of the selected project is set at forty-five thousand euros (45.000,00€), including VAT, that is, thirty-six thousand two hundred and ninety euro and thirty-two cents (36,290.32) plus 24% VAT, that is, eight thousand seven hundred nine and sixty-eight cents (€ 8,709.68).
The duration of the project is determined for the period from the signing of the contract and for 60 days time.
The competition will be held at the Interbalkan Environmental Center’s Meeting Room, Loutron 18, 57200, Lagadas, on 17/02/2020, at 10:00 am. Tenders shall be opened publicly and before the Tender Committee.
Bids will be submitted to the Interbalkan Environmental Center, Loutron 18, PC. 57200, Lagadas, Office 1, on weekdays, daily from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm up to the previous business day of the competition, that is, 14/02/2020 on Friday at 16:00 pm. Bids submitted after the above date and time shall be considered overdue and refundable.
