The Scientific Coordinator of i-BEC, Professor G.Zalidis met with the Vice President of Bulgaria Ms Margarita Popova, on Wednesday 20th of Aug. where they discussed issues of bilateral cooperation between i-BEC and various ministry bodies .
The Regional Governor of the Sofia Region Mr. Ivanov and his mission visited the offices of i-BEC and had a meeting with Professor Zalidis about future collaborations on regional programmes.
Prof Zalidis attended, on behalf of i-BEC, the second GSP Plenary Assembly of Global Soil Partnership that took part on 22 to 24 July 2014 in FAO HQ. in Rome
